AV Global NExT Preparation

AV Global provides comprehensive NExT/FMGE coaching support beginning from Year 3 to ensure our BPKIHS students are thoroughly prepared for the mandatory screening examination required to practice in India. Our structured preparation program starts with weekly revision modules covering high-yield topics from Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine and Preventive Social Medicine - subjects that carry maximum weightage in NExT examination and require consistent revision alongside ongoing medical school studies.

These modules are delivered through recorded video lectures, live doubt-clearing sessions, and subject-wise summary notes aligned with NExT blueprint. From Year 4 onwards, we introduce monthly full-length NExT simulation tests mimicking the actual examination pattern, computer-based format, difficulty level, and time constraints to build examination temperament and identify weak areas requiring focused attention.

Our question bank contains over 10,000 NExT-pattern MCQs with detailed explanations referencing standard textbooks, continuously updated based on recent NExT examination trends and student feedback. During Year 5 and Year 6 when students are heavily engaged in clinical postings and internship rotations, we emphasize clinical case-based discussions, image-based questions, and OSCE preparation sessions that sharpen diagnostic reasoning and patient management skills tested in NExT clinical sections.

All coaching content is delivered through our dedicated student portal accessible from anywhere with internet connectivity, allowing BPKIHS students to continue preparation seamlessly while studying abroad. Live doubt resolution sessions are scheduled bi-weekly via Zoom allowing direct interaction with experienced faculty.

Our coaching program has supported over 400 foreign medical graduates, achieving a NExT/FMGE pass rate of 68 percent among AV Global coached students compared to the national average pass rate of approximately 35-40 percent for all FMG candidates. This structured preparation ensures BPKIHS graduates return to India with confidence and clear their screening examination efficiently.

We view our relationship with families as a long-term partnership extending well beyond admission - we remain invested in your child's success through graduation, NExT preparation, and career establishment. Choosing the right medical university is one of the most important decisions in your child's life, and AV Global is honored to guide you through this journey with honesty, experience, and genuine care for your child's future.

AV Global guided me from NEET to Nepal. The FMGE coaching from Year 3 gave me real confidence. Cleared in the first attempt.
