Services

AV Global Overseas Education provides MBBS abroad counselling, university application support, visa guidance, pre-departure orientation, and ongoing student support services. We act as an education consultant and facilitator between students and universities.

We are not a university, educational institution, or government body. We do not grant admissions, issue visas, or confer degrees. Our role is to guide and support students through the process of studying medicine abroad.

Information Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, university fees, intake dates, eligibility criteria, and accreditation statuses can change without prior notice.

Always confirm current information with our counsellors before making any financial commitments or decisions regarding your education. The information on this website should be used as a general guide and not as the sole basis for decision-making.

No Guarantee of Admission

While we work diligently to maximise your chances of admission, we cannot guarantee admission to any specific university. Admission decisions are made solely by the universities based on their own criteria and available seats.

Similarly, we cannot guarantee the issuance of a student visa. Visa decisions are made by the respective embassies and consulates and are beyond our control.

Student Responsibilities

Students and their parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in all applications, forms, and documents submitted through AV Global.

Providing false or misleading information in visa applications or university applications is a serious offence under the laws of India and the destination country. AV Global cannot be held responsible for any legal consequences, deportation, or application rejection arising from misrepresentation by the student or their family.

Limitation of Liability

AV Global is not liable for decisions made by universities, visa authorities, embassies, or government bodies. We are not responsible for changes in university fees, course structures, medium of instruction, or accreditation status that may occur after a student has enrolled.

Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the service fees paid to AV Global by the student. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of AV Global Overseas Education Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
